Our consultants are open, friendly, and professional — and it’s often their attitude and approach that make customers choose to stay with us for years.

When I joined ERGO Hestia, I knew nothing about insurance. I started working on the helpline, which allowed me to familiarize myself with the company during training and with the support of more experienced employees.

After just a few months, I joined the agent service team for online chats, swapping the handset for a keyboard. There, I gained a new perspective on insurance services, focusing on issuing policies and supporting intermediaries with after-sales service.

Over the next year, I gained the knowledge, skills and experience needed to advance to the mentoring team. I have worked there ever since, helping colleagues in our department with their daily work and training new consultants. In five years, I have progressed from novice to mentor.

In my daily work, I value the fact that I can effectively utilize my skills and strengths. I feel satisfied when I manage to help an employee with a complicated matter. I also feel fulfilled when, after conducting a training course, I see and hear that the participants are satisfied with it.
