DEI stands for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Diversity, equality, and inclusion are not just slogans; they are our guiding principles. They lead us to strategic topics: intergenerationality, gender equality and actions for people with disabilities.
Diversity Charter
If you would like to get to know us better, please take a few minutes. We would love to share what stands us apart. We are part of an international community working to promote equal treatment and diversity management in the workplace. In 2016, ERGO Hestia joined the group of signatories of the Diversity Charter, supported by the European Union.
This initiative is already being developed by over 250 organizations in Poland and over 7,000 companies and public institutions from 26 European countries. In Poland, it is coordinated by the Responsible Business Forum.
