Equally strong

We believe that having a disability should not stand in the way of fulfilling, meaningful work. That’s why, for over twenty years, our Integralia Foundation has been creating opportunities for professional development and growth for people with disabilities. Many of them have become part of the ERGO Hestia team, enriching our workplace with their talent and perspective — and proving how much strength lies in diversity.

What is the program?

Together, we create an inclusive workplace where everyone, if they wish, can share information about their disability. This broadens the horizons of others' perception of reality. We learn from each other's diverse perspectives, allowing us to better respond to diverse needs.

Additional benefits for people with disabilities:

  • annual subsidy for expenses improving life comfort
  • possibility of working fully remotely in job positions that allow it,
  • support from physicians at the internal Health Marina preventive healthcare center,
  • two days of additional leave for people with a certificate of mild disability.

What do the numbers say about us?

70 percent

Integralia Foundation

For over twenty years, we have been developing policies and practices to create working conditions in which people with disabilities can begin their careers and develop. ERGO Hestia established the Integralia Foundation for this purpose in 2004.

We are proud of this organization, whose team supports people with disabilities, for example, through the "Capable Internship" program, as well as employers. The Foundation's specialists assist other companies with formal and organizational matters related to employing people with disabilities. They also conduct training on inclusive communication.
