We believe that having a disability should not stand in the way of fulfilling, meaningful work. That’s why, for over twenty years, our Integralia Foundation has been creating opportunities for professional development and growth for people with disabilities. Many of them have become part of the ERGO Hestia team, enriching our workplace with their talent and perspective — and proving how much strength lies in diversity.
What is the program?
Together, we create an inclusive workplace where everyone, if they wish, can share information about their disability. This broadens the horizons of others' perception of reality. We learn from each other's diverse perspectives, allowing us to better respond to diverse needs.

We educate What comes to mind when you think of disability? It’s not only about physical mobility or vision and hearing impairments. Many disabilities are invisible, yet they can significantly affect daily life. That’s why we work to raise awareness and understanding of these issues among our employees.

We experience Sometimes, the best way to understand someone is to experience what they go through. With this idea in mind, we launched a campaign called “Jokes Aside.” For one day, we deliberately blocked selected parking spaces, closed certain restrooms and doors, and made it so that coffee in the cafeteria could only be ordered using sign language. The effect was powerful - the experience left a lasting impression and gave our employees plenty to reflect on.

For over twenty years, we have been developing policies and practices to create working conditions in which people with disabilities can begin their careers and develop. ERGO Hestia established the Integralia Foundation for this purpose in 2004.
We are proud of this organization, whose team supports people with disabilities, for example, through the "Capable Internship" program, as well as employers. The Foundation's specialists assist other companies with formal and organizational matters related to employing people with disabilities. They also conduct training on inclusive communication.
