How many meetings we can invite you to depends on the recruitment process associated with the selected position. Usually, these are two meetings. Sometimes, they are accompanied by a recruitment task that we can ask you to complete.

The details depend on the specific position you are applying for. Remember that if something is unclear to you, you can always ask during the meeting.

If knowledge of a foreign language is listed among the requirements for the position you are applying for, we may of course want to find out what your competences are in this area.

There are two options: we meet online or in person at the ERGO Hestia office. We will inform you about the details in advance during a phone call.

Typically, a recruitment meeting lasts about an hour. This is a safe time that you can set aside. However, the interview may take a little longer. This depends primarily on the recruitment stage. We always try to inform candidates how long the meeting will last.

During the recruitment meeting, we will ask you about your financial expectations. Think about and prepare an answer to this question. You will learn about the salary offer from ERGO Hestia at the end of the recruitment process, if you receive an offer of employment.

From the beginning, you will be supported by a Buddy, a person who will answer your questions and guide you in your first tasks. We want every person we hire to get to know their place of work well, join the team calmly and get used to their duties. When you start working with us, you will simultaneously get to know ERGO Hestia and receive training in a given position. What's more, you will have the opportunity to talk about your progress during regular conversations with your superior. Feedback is essential!

The ERGO Hestia team offers plenty of opportunities for development and promotion, both horizontally and vertically. You can adjust your daily schedule to your preferences. In the case of most positions at ERGO Hestia, you can flexibly start your workday between 7:00 and 9:00. In the call center area, however, a shift system applies from 8:00, 9:00 or 10:00.

No, we work as usual on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.

We want our employees to dress in a smart casual or casual style. Business attire is recommended for formal meetings.
