The HR department is a team that takes care of people, supporting them from the moment they join the company and throughout their career. We believe that listening and understanding are the most important things, because a company’s success is based on well-coordinated teams and satisfied employees. We work with energy and enthusiasm, maintaining a positive atmosphere and ensuring respect and authenticity in all our actions. We develop talent. We look for solutions, not problems, and we believe that a positive atmosphere is fundamental, which is why we prioritise openness and collaboration. We believe that work should be enjoyable and that people should feel part of something special – and we are here to make that happen!

If creating optimal conditions for professional development is what work involves, then it is worth listening to the people involved – this is our assumption. That is why the opinions of ERGO Hestia employees are a great inspiration to us. In my opinion, openness to the needs of employees and a joint search for solutions is the optimal method of action in my field.

I have been working in the company since 2021. Initially, I worked as a Recruitment Specialist, successfully reaching out to the new employees ERGO Hestia was looking for. I looked for people who could find their way in analytical, financial, or operational areas. Two years later, I took on a new professional challenge: the role of HR Business Partner.

What I value most at ERGO Hestia is the opportunity to work in an innovative environment with access to the latest tools. It is also important to me that my business partners trust my knowledge and experience. I am happy to participate in projects that have a real impact on how the company functions.
