Since joining ERGO Hestia in 2018, I have had the opportunity to implement numerous marketing projects and co-create the ERGO Hestia Group's marketing strategy. I have gained a lot of experience and new skills that I use every day. In the Marketing and PR Department, I am responsible for increasing the brand's visibility online, on social media and on the website, as well as implementing marketing campaigns to promote ERGO Hestia insurance.
With the help of our team, we organize numerous corporate events, conferences, and themed trips for our business partners. We also conduct market research. We communicate with employees, clients, agents and the media. Every day brings new challenges. I value the fact that there is always something new and inspiring happening, which is what makes this job interesting.
