I joined ERGO Hestia right after my studies. I remember it well: 2013, when I was still without much experience, but ready to learn and develop. I started as an analyst in claims settlement. A few years later, I took part in the Hestia Academy of Talent Development program. I can safely say that this one-year development program greatly enhanced my skills and encouraged me to take on new professional challenges.

I then joined the analytical team in the Individual Insurance Office. As a pricing modeler, I developed pricing models to implement the company's pricing strategy in the retail portfolio using advanced data analysis methods. I am currently responsible for implementing, maintaining and developing pricing algorithms in the pricing engine, as well as developing the Data Lake environment for storing and processing data on a cloud platform.

I am glad to work for a company that invests in its employees and creates conditions for their professional development. I also receive daily support from experts, which enables me to overcome challenges.
