Programming data processing algorithms Work with cloud data on a scale that cannot be found anywhere else! In our Pricing team, we use advanced Azure Databricks tools to process large volumes of data that have a significant impact on prices. We are one of the largest users of this technology in Poland.

Building predictive models We use over 100 models to price all products and measure over 1,000 explanatory variables. We create a wide range of models, including those for insurance risk, demand, market price and loss settlement paths. We use GLM and machine learning models.

Check out our job offers!I joined ERGO Hestia right after my studies. I remember it well: 2013, when I was still without much experience, but ready to learn and develop. I started as an analyst in claims settlement. A few years later, I took part in the Hestia Academy of Talent Development program. I can safely say that this one-year development program greatly enhanced my skills and encouraged me to take on new professional challenges.
I then joined the analytical team in the Individual Insurance Office. As a pricing modeler, I developed pricing models to implement the company's pricing strategy in the retail portfolio using advanced data analysis methods. I am currently responsible for implementing, maintaining and developing pricing algorithms in the pricing engine, as well as developing the Data Lake environment for storing and processing data on a cloud platform.
I am glad to work for a company that invests in its employees and creates conditions for their professional development. I also receive daily support from experts, which enables me to overcome challenges.
