Our insurance agents are the face of our company to our clients, so they must be fully prepared and competent, and have the right tools for the job. They can count on us!

I participate in many innovative projects related to sales management. We use advanced technologies and tools. However, what makes my job satisfying are the great people I work with.

I joined the ERGO Hestia Group relatively recently, in 2021. I use my previous accounting experience in the Sales Department. As a systems manager, I support others with budgeting, operations and accounting. Although I have learned a lot here already, I still approach my work with a student's mindset. Thanks to the support of my superiors, I am developing my skills with great confidence.

I believe that by improving ourselves, we can contribute positively to the whole team. And ours is exceptional. I am surrounded by talented and diverse people, which inspires us all and makes this work truly fulfilling.
